They towed the car from the Infinity dealership to Riverside Service.  The Infinity dealership could not find out anything wrong with her car and then said there was so much wrong with it that they wanted her to leave the car or get rid of it.  Once we got to Riverside Service they were able to diagnose the problem and perform the repairs.  They were really good, had reasonable pricing, and very respectful.   They were also time sensitive and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.  They were very knowledgeable and informative.  Joe the actual owner was performing the repairs and he also called to make sure I understood what was going on and could make a good decision.  I would recommend them to anybody.

They didn't try to sell me repairs that weren't necessary.  I will go back to them whenever I need service.

It took a couple of days because Joe Legno's shop isn't very big, but they do a good job at a good value. That's worth the slight hassle to me! I recommend this shop.

He explained the problem and didn't try to make it into more than it was.

I drove my car in at 330pm on friday. They replaced the spark plugs and ignition coil. Very friendly, professional and fair. It is nice to have a mechanic in the neighborhood that I can trust.

Inspected my car and did a ten point check. From the check i was told that i will be needing tires and brake pads by next inspection.

We used to go to Joe Legno's all the time for all of our service needs. Then one of his staff broke my husband's windshield while they were working on his windshield wipers. We noticed the crack when we got home, called Joe to ask about it, and he screamed at us that we were trying to scam him and that he wasn't responsible. So, our insurance paid for the repair and we took our business elsewhere.

When I arrived home Tuesday afternoon my van had smoke coming out from under it and I could smell it burning . I called Joe immediately and he advised me to have it towed in. He looked at it first thing Wednesday morning and had it done by late afternoon on Wednesday.  I added the other service as it was needed. 
I have been using Joe's services for 20+ years and obviously he provides excellent service as I use him exclusively.
I always appreciate how he explains the problems and advises on how to do repairs.
I trust him and know that he will be fair and will give me service as soon as possible.
I recommend him to everyone in  the Rochester area.

After losing a trusted garage to retirement, I was delighted to find Riverside rated highly AND actually that the reviews (4) were dead-on. It is a small shop, and the lot is crowded with cars (that is a good sign I would say).  The owner (Joe) is exactly the kind of mechanic I like.- he only repairs what is needed, and takes the time to advise you on the repair. He has 30+ years of experience. He does a lot of the work himself, but has other workers also. I called ahead of time and he took my car in a fairly short time window (on a Friday afternoon) and was completed that same afternoon. Pick up times can range into the evening for convenience. I will be returning with all my tough service problems.

I spent around $500 on that work.  I have had work done on my 3 cars over the summer.  I have had them replace the air conditioner on my other car and have spent over $4000 on all the work.  I am very pleased with them. 

I thought the sound coming from front end for my car was due to new heavy tread tires and took 2 trips with the condition.  Finally, I called Joe to verify my thesis for the sound.  He immediately said it was a wheel bearing.  When he installed the new wheel bearing, he found that the vibration (probably from the 2 trips) had damaged the break shoes and possibly the brake calipers.  He replaced the brake shoes, but tried to simply readjust the calipers.  I'm taking it back next week for him to check to see if the calipers are alright or whether they too need to be replaced.

The moral of the story: don't fool yourself when you hear a strange noise coming from your car  - Call Joe immediately!

I am as satisfied as I could ever be. I have a 1988 Corvette. They have done a much better job maintaining it than other shops in Chicago and upstate New York. They have been able to fix problems that I've had for nearly 5 years that the other shops have been unable to fix.

I would trust any car I had to Joe. Although we live in Maryland my son was in college in Rochester, NY. We found Joe somehow and used him for the four years our on was in school. He is a great guy with fair prices and always fixes what he starts out to fix. Highly recommended.

Joe knows his customers personally and he always treats us so.
