They would never enter my house again. I was hurt by one of their employees and it was never resolved.

Tom Yancone and his assistant came to my house to clean as scheduled, all 21 windows in my over 100 yr old city house. They did inside/outside of all windows, first and second stories and inside.outside of all alluminum storm windows. They were very professional and efficien and finished the job in about 2 hours. They used a special cleaning solution with a sponge application and squegee, whihc seemed to work very well. although the solution was wet there was very little miess on the inside of the windows. And best of all there was no streaking as there always is when I clean my windows with windex. It had been 8 years since I had last called them for cleaning. I should do this more often it was well worth it.
