Furniture - Sales
Repair was OK. But, it took a long time from start to finish. From initial phone call to repair completion was perhaps four months. The repair part had to be ordered from China, and they were unable to give a part delivery date. Furthermore, they indicated several times that they would call for scheduling service, and they didn't. Finally, at the end of the process we got a call the day before they wanted to come out. The repairmen said it had already been scheduled (news to us). If you go there for purchase, expect little for service, and you won't be disappointed.
