They were nice.

They are very friendly. I got in right away, the wait is usually nothing. Waiting room is very nice.

The nicest thing is this place is more honest and they will tell you what is wrong but they do not push you to do service. For example if you wanted to do an oil change but I didn't do the whole sequence of at so many miles you have to do all the maintenance, they do not push you to do things. They are more honest with it. They listen to you and take the time to find out what is wrong.

I'm with them for 2 cars now and the managers were great, always follow-up, keep you informed, and I never had to wait long. The staff is excellent. I use them a lot.

Service was performed without any issues.

I one word, disappointing. The parts department was slow and inefficient and
could not supply the most basic of parts. I was sent in the end after a
log wait to Pep Boys across the street. Shameful that our local Honda
dealer has to rely on Pep Boys for parts.

It just could have been much better.

Before they did any of the work, they showed me the filters and pads, etc that needed to be replaced - even taking pictures of things they couldn't bring out to me - so I could see why these things needed to be taken care of. I knew it would take a while to get the work done and brought things with me to make sure I'd be occupied. It took themonly two hours to get the work done though. They told me that they decided to take a late lunch to make sure it would get done in a timely manner and because I was the only one still waiting. I really appreciated that and thought it was very nice.

We bought our car from them. They always did a great job and we have never had any problems with them. Their staff was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. They were very friendly people. Their price has always been fair. They have been doing a great job not just for us but for the whole of our family who have been going there for auto servicing.

The sales man was real nice and the serive was great.

I was extremely impressed by how they handle their customers as they are always very courteous even when I know they really didn t have to be. They will pick you up from where you are and bring you to your car there. They have always taken care of me. I am not sure of the price but I know they are reasonable.
