They were fantastic! My insurance company contacted them for me and they were at my house within a day. the equipment needed to run for a few days. they stayed in touch, and even stopped over to check on things. they told me the whole process so i knew what was going on. very professional, punctual, and all around great company. would definitly use them again, but hopefully i don't have to. :)

They were upfront and they were on time. The project was done according to the time they said it would be done.

These people were amazing. We had a bad house fire and were recommended to us. They came so quickly after I called--the same day. They came with a truck and supplies and were ready to work! They were kind and understanding. They told me what they were going to do, explained how it all worked and then followed through. Everything was cleaned the best that it could be and everything we were able to salvage was treated with the utmost care. They even delivered our salvaged items to our new house. Everything from pictures to photos to books to tables, couches, bedroom furniture was wrapped and packed with kid gloves--both when leaving the burned house and when they delivered after the cleaning. They were so, so pleasant and kind to us. I can't say that enough times. Of course this was an emotional time for us and they treated us like family. And in the end, their final price came in lower than their bid. No one will be able to restore our home to the way it was before the fire, but the folks at Rainbow did the most of anyone to help. They are so careful with their work that EVERY piece that they cleaned came back with a tag signed by the person who did that item. How many companies are willing to do that?

Ranbow Int. arrived within 45 min. of my call to insurance. They were thorough and went to work immediately explaining in detail hat (and why) they were doing.

I think he told me that the job is very small and he wasn't interested. It was a small job and he didn't want to do it. He was fine. He recommended somebody else who came over to do the job. He came when he was supposed to come and his professionalism was fine. If I really have water damage in the future then I would call him.

They moved furniture/etc. to dry part of basement, lifted carpeting and placed dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the basement for 3 days. Afterwards, they reinstalled the carpeting and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the carpet. Furniture/etc was then repositioned and things look great!
