R J D PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

In 2014-2015 our annual contract was $189.00. They made many trips to our driveway that season. If the streets were open, so was our driveway! This last season (2015-2016) our contract was for $229.50. There was not a need for many runs because of the few snow storms but when it came down, they were there to clean the driveway. This not only included the driveway but also the aprons in front of the double garage. I plan on using them for snow removal in the 2016-2017 snow season. I used to enjoy using my snow blower to clean the driveway but now at the age of 80 years, it is nice to stay inside, look out the window and watch RJD clean it out.

Now with the addition of rain (and garden hoses) and warm sun we are looking forward to our new front yard. Great job!

Crew came every Wednesday afternoon all summer season.  They showed up on time and finished quickly leaving the property neat and clean.

It was excellent. I have a yearly agreement with them. They are professional. They do everything in the contract. They clean up after themselves very nicely. I never had complaints from neighbors about them.

I called for a one-time plow following a heavy snowfall. Rich responded in a timely manner and plowed my driveway that evening. I then signed a contract for the remainder of the season and he returned promptly to plow following a lighter snowfall.

RJD Property Maintenance is very reliable. They come whenever I want them and do excellent yard work. They are professional and courteous. I like that they don't leave a mess and are very conscientious about their work quality. We pay them each time.

I was gone when RJD Property Maintenance came out and just left the bill in the mail box. Very honest. He was just excellent with everything. I would hire him again. Very polite and courteous.
