This review is for the project manager for my project that quality homes completed. My project manager was Tom Ledtke. My job had a slow start not related to Tom but when Tom took my job over he made up for the lost time in a big way. I had an addition put on, siding, facia, soffit, gutters and new roofing also drywall and insulation and electric. This project was complete in one month. Tom had the next move implemented the day after the other project was complete moving the project at a warp speed. I’m super pleased with organization skills and he was very personable and professional always answering questions and always answering his phone! Very important qualities in my book! Thanks Tom for a job well done

We hired this company because my husband had a good experience with them back in the 90's. I wish they would have lived up to the standard's. We hired them for 2 different projects. The first one was new windows, door & roof in our Lake Room. Our sales man Mike told us that it would be done by the end of November. We constantly had to ask him for updates & when I was going to be started. He had taken 1/2 of the money for this project & 1/3 for the 2 job. He was always full of excuses & most times it took days for him to get back to us. The first job was finally completed in February! Our second job of redoing our front porch was supposed to be started by then. My husband & I were getting increasley frustrated w/ Mike & his lack of communication. We told him that we wanted to cancel the second job because now COVID had hit & nothing had been done, including getting the permits. The owner Kenny finally called us after we called the office & Mike several times. He tells us that Mike no longer works for him & doesn't know anything about our job. My husband says he wants the job cancelled & our money back.$5,000!!He goes into a pity party about how times are tough for him & he had to pay Mike his commison! Really!!! We finally got 3,600 back but probably not as much as Mike made to suck at his job. Home owners be aware!

Now we are trying to sell the house and the Home Inspector found mold. He determined it was combination of the blown in insulation covering the soffit vents and the new roof. We spoke to both companies and they are pointing the finger at the other company as to who is responsible. In the meantime, I am being held up on the sale of my house.

After many estimates we went with Quality of Homes for a complete tear off. The sales person was told that we had been having leak issues above our kitchen. We were promised that all would be taken care of. The workers were happy and appeared to do a great job. Sadly the following winter (2014) was a really bad winter. We had not 1 but 5 leaks. Icicles hanging in our attic. (sad) But Quality of Homes was here and chopped ice and made several repairs in the summer of 2015. We also insulated the whole house that summer. Winter of 2015 (mild winter) we had a leak in the kitchen. Quality was again here instantly to help. Work was done again in our main problem spot this summer. Fingers crossed that all is corrected as we had a complete kitchen remodel done this summer by quality of home. Trusting that they will keep with promise that is kitchen leaks again, they will fix the ceiling at no cost to us. I marked this as not hire again. That is for a roof. But am thrilled with my kitchen. Quality of Homes follow-up has been excellent to us!

Went great! Very happy with the whole process. Great guys (Dave and Brick) Very professional, neat, clean personable and easy to work with. All workmanship was very professional. I love love love my new kitchen. Quotes from other companies may have been a little cheaper but were starting labor. Quality gave me a total labor and there were no hidden cost. Paid an up charge for better floor and extra lighting. Had a complete kitchen gut to the studs, a wall opened up into the dinning room, a wall extended to move refrigerator to the end of the kitchen, dishwasher moved and drained to the basement, extra outlets and more lighting the whole ball of wax. Not a lot of interaction from Quality of homes once the job was started, but enough. Would recommend if Dave and Brick were the contractors doing the job!

Quality Homes of Rochester does all different types of home improvement, and I know people who have hired them and were happy with their services as well. They provide you with good quality windows, that was one of the reasons I picked them. Their price is a bit expensive though.

Quality Homes was willing to work with us and on our time frame. They came out sooner than expected, and the person who came was wonderful. He was good with the work, and he had a great personality. He was a great fit for us.
