Quality Hardwood Flooring

It went terrible, the owner Lance was so unresponsive, never showed up when he said he was going to and sub-contracted out most of the work to men who had no idea what they were doing.  They used STAPLES on parts of our floor, didn't lace them properly (even though we paid extra for it) and left our floors feeling like sand paper and completely uneven.  In addition, they broke a window and never replaced it, tore out our basement ceiling and never fixed it and left their garbage everywhere. 
He tricked me and told me the floors were done and they might need a final coat and he would come back and finish it.  Being the daughter of a small business owner, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and paid him almost the entirety of the job, because he said he needed to pay his guys.  I admit to being naive, and I guess I learned my lesson but I never thought someone would be so unprofessional and just a terrible person.
We had to pay someone else $1000 to try to patch up the work Quality Hardwood Flooring left behind and it's still a mess. 
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.  Please learn from my mistakes!

The work was completed over 3 days as was expected, and the final cost matched the estimate. The owner and lead professional overseeing (and working on the project too) is Lance who was extremely professional. Others working on the project seemed very polite and proficient as well. The quality of the work was excellent, and we are very happy with the job done.

This was an excellent job well done. I am very pleased and very happy with everything. The only thing, I do not recall a price for this. It was very well worth every penny though and I am so pleased. They were always on time and everything. If they say they are going to be here at 8:00am, you better be up at 8:00 A.M.
