They want their money. It's just an automatic process. You finish your visit and there is the secretary to get your co-pay. So, it's pretty automatic. It's a pretty professional attitude. I wait for maybe 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. They could leave you out there 15 minutes past the appointment time. Once you get in, you're seen pretty quickly.

She's good. She listens to whatever I have to tell her. It's all very nice. Everybody's kind and considerate. They try to get us moving in and out quickly as possible without making us feel like we're being rushed. She's pretty good most of the times but there have been a couple of times where I had a hard time finding her. The office is pleasant. The office staff is good. They all seem to be interested in what's happening and they're kind. She calls if something happens. They do really get back to patients quickly. I've never had any trouble with their billing and administration.

She is very friendly and approachable. The office environment is very neat, clean and efficiently run. The waiting time for me has always been minimal. Very rarely do we have a more than reasonable wait, sometimes it is not even 5 minutes.

I called and they were able to get me an appointment that day with the nurse practitioner. She examined the rash and suggested using hydrochortisone creme on it. Also, while we were there, they offered her the flu shot which she did have.

I always go over there, I've been going to her for 5 years. She's very timely, she's very, very patient and that's the reason I go to her, she takes care of you very, very well and she always finds out what's going on. She always get back to you and she's wonderful.

I've been going to Pulsifer for about a year now, and they're great. I've been seeing Dr. Terwilliger as my primary care physician. She's very understanding and it feels as if she is invested in your care, which is a great change from my last doctor, who didn't seem to even have enough time to sit in the room for 5 minutes and listen to what was going on. I've seen several other doctors there and they've all been very attentive and helpful.
I love that they are connected to the Rochester RHIO, they have my medical records without me having to provide any information.
Great service, billing seems to be on top of my insurance company which is nice, and the nurses seem to be happy there too.

They are all internists, it is very pleasant, and it is a nice building. The staff is very friendly and nice. She yells at me because I don’t do what I am supposed to, but that’s her job! She is thorough, she follows through on things, and I feel very comfortable with her. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I have needed it and they are always on time. She has a good sense of humor, she is very clear, and she calls me when she gets lab results.

Do be fully honest with your doctor. There is nothing you can tell them they havent' heard before.
Do be on time. The doctor has a certain slot for you. If you are late, you make the doctor late for all their other appointments for the rest of the day.
Do take all the medicines the doctor has prescribed for you. They have gone to school forr 8 years, they know what they're talking about.
Don't hide anything from your doctor.
Don't assume your doctor can look at you and immediately know what the problem is.
Don't beat around the bush the entire visit, then bring up the real issue as the doctor is walking out of the room. Start out the appointment with the most important concern, and go from there.

I like that I can get in to see someone and they always call me back very promptly. I specifically like Dr. David Debrinsky because he is easy to talk to and always listens well. I have been pleased with the practice.

Dr. Dobrzynski follows me for my diabetes, sleep apnea and depression. He is always interested in what I tell him is happening with me and these chronic illnesses. I know he listens since he answers appropriately and his dialogue demonstrates concern. He is a wonderful practitioner, willing to try other therapies if appropriate for my care. I am a nurse and entrusted my mother and myself to his care. Keep up the great work, doctor.
