For years, I had service done by the company I bought the mower from. However, they got more expensive, and then we had a disagreement about a botched repair job. So, I saw an ad for Pro-Tech, and decided to give them a try.
I was afraid the mower was done due to the huge amount of smoke it was blowing. I described the problem over the phone, and he accurately diagnosed the issue and had me get motor nameplate information so that he could have the right parts.
Pro-Tech does the work at your house. The bonus is that you don't have to pay for pick-up and delivery (I don't have truck), and he could show me the engine when it was apart; so I felt more comfortable that the fix would work (and it was worth spending the money on an older machine).
Mower is now running great, and hopefully I can get some more years out of it.

Rod arrived on time and quickly replaced the element. He made sure the oven was operating correctly after the install and even gave us some advice on how to make a DIY repair on our dryer. We were totally satisfied.
