We have used Prestige Carpet and Upholstery for many years, usually just before the holidays. He is easy to schedule and shows up promptly every time. He is very courteous, professional, and does a great job cleaning. IN addition to making carpets look amazing, he has been able to remove pet dirt and hair year after year on a couch and loveseat that leaves them looking almost new.

We first used this service when the company changing our hot water heater spilled some rusty water on a carpeted basement floor. The results were so good, we have been calling Lou back for the past 7 or 8 years to clean up stains and dirt caused by pets and normal traffic in other rooms. Each time Lou arrives exactly on time, and sets up taking care to keep the house as clean as possible during the process. Wooden furniture is either set up on foam blocks, or set on plastic discs, while the carpet dries. Results are consistently good, and the price is reasonable. And he's good with the dog, who is a little nervous with strangers
