Was non responsive and the quality of work was sub-par.  Weeds were never properly addressed, so after spending more than $3K on landscaping, the property looked unprofessional just several weeks later.  Lawn would go unmowed for stretches of time and repeated calls/texts went unreturned.
Owner had personal problems and asked me to cut a second check for services previously rendered as he claimed that he lost the prior check.  After further non-responsiveness and poor quality, I released Premier from the work and hired a new contractor.  I subsequently noticed that the owner "found" the original check and cashed it despite my already having cut him a second check.  
I requested repayment for the double payment i made, the owner originally agreed to send a check but ultimately never made the repayment despite repeated requests.
Would definitely not recommend their service.

We were referred to Adam from another contractor who was scheduling a month out. Adam was busy, too, but got back to us right away and came over than evening to give us an estimate. He then shuffled his schedule to fit in our lawn rolling while the grass was still wet from so many rainy days. The crew was professional, prompt and friendly. My two little kids would surely give them an A+. We would definitely hire them again.
