From the office staff to service plumbers, completely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The plumbers took the time to fully explain the issue and their recommendations for resolving the issue.. They were efficient and clean and respected my home as their own. The price was very reasonable and pretty much in line, if not better then other companies. I would highly recommend.

Not happy with the work. Sloppy work I believe the person that did the work must have been an apprentice. !st thing thru the door asked to use the bathroom really? Used my shop vac and other items in my basement for clean up without even asking 1st. You would think they would have their own shop vac. Thinking it was at a more important job than mine.Left old water line for toilet and bathroom sink. New water line for the toilet moves around in the floor looks like the hole that was made is to large. Made a mess of my hardwoods, bathroom floor and tub spent hours trying to scrub off plumbers putty. In addition I now have low pressure in my kitchen sink told him about that " we didn't touch that line. You still have galvanized pipes running to the street" Hmmmm looking to make more money? I certainly won't use this company again. I did have 3 estimates and went with the middle estimate and the company Bath Fitters recommended. I'll be contacting Bath Fitters also

Joe showed up on time and ready to go. He told me the price upfront and went to work. He spent a lot of time and care to do this job and cleaned up the basement better than it looked before the job. I would recommended him to anyone. I called at 845 at night for the issue and they were there at 8 am sharp the next morning I am totally satisfied with the experience.

They are a father, son and cousin company.  They've been around for fairly quite a while.  The service, support and work are just terrific.  I would recommend them because they provide great service.  They are on time and they are pleasant to be with.  They are very professional too.            

The plumber sent out by Wischmeyer was condescending and almost laughably inarticulate. He began every sentence with "I gotta be honest with you", and the more he said it the less honest I felt he was being. His overall demeanor left me extremely uncomfortable.

We originally thought we just needed a new J-Trap for the basement laundry sink, but it turns out that the electric pump which drains the sink wasn't working properly. That was an unexpected development but that had nothing to do with the level of service provided. What left me feeling ripped-off was the fact that Wischmeyer replaced the broken pump with a new Liberty Pump Model 404 and charged us $650 for the job. The Liberty Pump Model 404 is selling for $185 (plus $17 S&H)  on Amazon.com, and is available at multiple online retailers for less than $250.  It took him about 20 or 30 minutes to complete the job. If we use the high price of $250 for the pump, then apparently we were charged $400 for thirty minutes of labor. I know plumbers mark up the price of hardware, but that's absolutely absurd.

The invoice from Wischmeyer was also not itemized -- it didn't break down the cost of the parts vs labor -- I presume because they couldn't grossly overcharge if their pricing model was transparent.

I called several plumbers on Saturday, only a couple do 24/7 work. Joe's price was significantly cheaper than the others, and was out early the next morning. He arrived when he said he would, did the work and cleaned up after himself. Very positive experience and I would definitely call again for any plumbing or heating work.

Plumbing Plus was very professional, courteous, and prompt. His prices area reasonable. The quality of his services are good. He was able to get to us within a week, this was not an emergency. He completed the job in 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
