they did what they said they would due all in a timely fashion and all the worker where nice  and professional and Gus {CEO}was very nice and  walk me though the steps We couldn't be and happier

We contacted Pittsford Paving Inc. and asked for them to come the beginning of August. They gave us a date and they came the day they said they would. They did a good job and I would have them do the driveway the next time it needs doing.

I did not use him because his bid was too high, he came out and looked at the job and his wife called a week later and gave me the dollar value for the quote. I never got anything in writing and I think that was weird for such an expensive job with very little detail, but he is #1 on Angie's List.

They were prompt, did what they said they were going to do, and followed up after the service.

Left a message and they called back a few weeks later. They hadn't opened for the season yet so I was surprised they actually called me back. Scheduled for when the weather would be better and they came out and did the job quickly with no complaints!

Came out on time, did good work, and charged me what they said.There is one low spot, but they say that is unavoidable with the small equipment they use; I expect they are right.

We weren't that pleased with them. They were expensive. They didn't do the greatest job and it took forever to get an appointment with them which surprised us because of the fact that they were expensive but they had a long waiting list so obviously somebody likes them and that's okay. They were not awful but we wouldn't use them again. They were professional and their quality was okay. It was mostly about getting hold of them and they weren't very pleasant on the phone.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt. They offered us the lowest bid. They communicated well with us on how they were going to do it and how long it was going to take. They did more than what I expected them to do. They were very professional. I was asking for something and they advised me against it. I wanted a wider driveway so that I can park my car in the front end and they told me that they could do it but that it would detract from the appearance of the house and would not look good. So we didn't go for it and I was very happy about that.

They have a great reputation and did a good job.

Overall process was excellent starting with the phone call to their office. Received an estimate in less than a week and the work was done shortly after I returned the signed contract. The sealing job was done very professionally. Grass was trimmed and driveway was cleaned well. Plenty of sealer was applied in a very short period of time. The crew was very courteous.

The people who did the scheduling were very nice, but I agree with the other reports on this site: the person who did the estimate was unreliable and did not get back to us very quickly. Once we scheduled the work it was done promptly, which I appreciated, but the workers themselves were unprofessional - I tried to explain to them that we didn't want a particular part of the driveway covered, and the guy's answer was basically, "We're not going to do that because it's too difficult, but you can always get a hammer and chisel if you want to access that area." What was I paying them for? Also, they were listening to an obscene radio program and had no problems blasting it at full volume in my driveway while they did their work. I have children and did not appreciate this. I would have said something, but honestly they were not very nice people. Seems to me that there are plenty of paving companies out there, and I should have looked at Angie's List *before* I called this one.

They said they would come out and give me an estimate within a week. It is three weeks later and they still have not contacted me in any way. I am kind of surprised they were ranked very highly on Angie's List and they might just be busy.

They're very good. They do excellent work. They were very personable. The quality of the work they did was excellent. The office staff is excellent as well.

This is another company that I found that has been very long-standing. It has been passed down a couple of generations and they have an excellent work ethic. I found them to be professional and on time with the schedule they planned on for finishing the driveway.

We saw advertising that is how we decided on Pittsford Paving. We liked what we saw at those sites. They did a great job and we would use them again.

The primary worker from Pittsford Paving was a perfectionist. He did more than what we would have expected which I was grateful for. They did a wonderful job.
