I've had Pinnacle do this work for the past several years. They're always very professional, thorough, accommodating and reasonable in pricing. Best of all, their process is eco-friendly. Highly recommended!

Technicians came on time and cleaned our upholstered furniture in preparation for a move to a new home. They also took an area rug to be cleaned and would have delivered the rug to my new home had I chosen to arrange to meet them. However, they allowed me to pick it up at my convenience once it was cleaned, which suited my schedule better; and discounted the price since no delivery was needed.

They did a fine job.

Really great! I called after business hours and left a message. The owner got back to me first thing the next day, I was impressed with the prompt response. He was so helpful and professional and courteous on the phone, telling me he has never once not been successful with getting rid of the smell and that he could guarantee that but there could be a stain. The price also to clean and protect it was half of what another company was going to charge. I got it back in 10 days and the stain is hardly noticeable. It looks like new. The owner and staff were so nice to deal with and I felt had a lot of integrity. I will only go to them in the future now because they earned my trust, especially after my experience with the other company.

Two gentlemen came on time and went right to work. They took their time and did an exceptional job. The furniture has been in a smoker's house with dogs and it now smells pleasant and looks clean. I am grateful to Pinnacle Eco Clean for helping to save us a lot of money buying new furniture. Also, they left the house looking as if they had never been there (except for the clean furniture;).

Fabulous. It is not possible to say enough complimentary things about Pinnacle Eco Clean. They are the epitome of what a good company should be. Their personnel are uniformly professional, friendly, punctual and polite. They explain all the service they are going to provide very well, and do exactly what they say they will to an extremely high standard. I had three large rugs that I inherited from my Father cleaned, plus another newer one. My Father's rugs were all over 30 years old, and all came back looking brand new. Even better, repairs and cleaning that Pinnacle performed on another extremely valuable 45 year old silk Turkish rug refurbished that piece to a very high degree. Our rugs were picked up and delivered back to us, though you can save money by doing this yourself. In my case, as a small lady with big rugs, I appreciated very much the help the staff provided getting the rugs in and out of the house, and back in place when they were delivered. All in all, one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you Pinnacle!

A young man, Kyle I believe, thoroughly and professionally, explained and showed me the process they use for cleaning. My rugs never looked so new and clean. They are so lovely feeling in bare feet.

Pinnacle Eco Clean were fantastic.  I contacted them via an Angie's List special.  They promptly emailed back to make an appointment.  I asked for a slightly different pickup time and they accommodated me, no problem.  They came exactly when scheduled, took the rug, returned it exactly when scheduled, and it is extremely clean - better than it has been in years.  I have other rugs I need done and will be contacting them again.  Highest commendation.

We were surprised that the techs did not move furniture to clean carpet underneath.  We had moved most of the stuff out of the rooms, but  the carpet was never cleaned under a desk, dresser or tv.  When we questioned them about moving things, they claimed they usually concentrate on the high traffic areas.   If we had known beforehand we could have arranged to move everything out to ensure the entire carpet was cleaned since that's why we hired a professional cleaner - to do a better job than we could do. 
The company offered to come back to redo the areas that weren't done, but we declined.  It would have been nice to have it done right the first time.

Two members came to house to clean carpets and take away oriental rug.  Jessicawas very friendly and able to answer all my questions related to carpet cleaning at time of scheduling the appointment.   On day of appointment they were on-time and we walked area to be cleaned.  They asked if I knew of any spots that needed to be pre-treated as they had not seen any.   Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in several years.  When they finished, they looked new.   They hauled away the oriental rug. About 7-10 days later they called and scheduled a drop off time.  Again they were right on-time and the rug colors were vivid the fringe was bright white. Excellent work!  
We used this organization to clean rum out of another oriental rug a few years ago and they did an excellent job with that also!

It was amazing.  I'm from Boston, and I doubt I could have received this kind of service at home.   I spoke with Jessica to arrange the job.  She had 2 men onsite, Dan and Jessie, within 30 minutes.   They were professional - cleaned the carpets beautifully - dog vomit gone!!! (Dog recovered too)    Cleaned the couches and restored them to the original 1984 state.    Pinnacles telephone number is now in my iPhone.
