 + -1 moreI want to express that for all three visits to the bike shop, beginning last August, I was met with the same "sales approach" - the Sales Reps helped me with purchasing rather than trying to sell to me. They listened to me describe my purpose for a bike - mostly exercise 2 to 3 times a week, on paved roads. They showed me their recommendations at various price points and then they let me ask questions, talk it out, and decide. This trip to Park Ave Bike was to buy the accessories. Helmet, riding pants, gloves, pouch, repair items, and water bottle. Again, I was shown options at various price points and allowed to make my own decision. In fact, the sales rep suggested I would probably only need the lower priced helmet and she led me to the clearance rack. I am comfortable with and like the items I purchased. It is comforting to know that the people at Park Ave Bike Shop are not out to maximize sales at my the expense of my wallet. They have gained a "lifetime customer".
Description of Work: I purchased a bike at the end of February from Park Ave. I had looked at bikes last August and decided not to buy one then. The bike is last year's model on sale - great value. This visit was to purchase accessories. (All I had was the bike).
