ONCE OVER ROOFING

This company is working on my neighbors roof. During the tear off, they dropped several items onto my truck, not only setting off the alarm, but scratching the paint off. I have called the company, and also talked to the "managers" on site, and no one has had the courtesy of contacting me or offering to fix the damage. Best of all, they weren't even going to tell me about the damage, I had to go out of my way to confront them about it.

Update: After posting the review on Angies list, the owner contacted me offering to pay for the damages as long as I agreed to remove the review. After getting three different quotes for the repairs, which came out anywhere from $600 - $1200, the owner refused to pay and said I was hustling him. All locations that gave me a quote informed me that they were going to have to completely sand down and repaint due to the damages.

See above. I put everything in one story. Don't want to be redundant.

Once over roofing did a complete tearoff of old roof. When job was finished they had not flashed around chimney that ran down the corner of the upstairs bath. When I calledone over to take care of it. 2 more phone calls to them finally got someone there.They then proceeded to flash the wrong chimney as the house has 2 ( the other for a wood burning stove). I called to let them know the wrong chimney had been flashed. They said they would take care of it and NEVER did! They would not answer any more phone calls from me and I finally had someone else take care of it after water ran down the outside of the chimney and damaged the ceiling drywall to the bathroom. I will never use Once over roofing again as they sure F*****D me ONCE OVER!!!

I have used them before for another work about two years ago. They did a good job, the quality was good and the roof is not leaking. They were punctual and they always came on time. This time their estimate was very high. So I will not use them for this job because I got a cheaper quote from a contractor.

Horrible. The roof Once Over Roofing put on destroyed all the remodeling we had done. There was not only damage, but bug infestation from bad sealing. They refused compensation, even though I bought a 10 year warranty. He told me to stop calling.

I would not hire Once Over Roofing again due to the fact that they left a lot of supplies on my property and damaged the house next door. Other than that they did an o.k job.
