Look no further! If you are looking for a company that employs kind, courteous and respectful staff AND delivers on their commitment of a thorough and professional housecleaning, THIS IS THE PLACE! I have used other cleaning services in the past for my 1900 sq. ft. Colonial home, all of which were "ok," but never lived up to my expectations. However, Rhonda and her staff exceeded all expectations. From the thoroughness and professionalism of the initial walk through and quote, to the day of cleaning, everything was done with ensuring the job was done right and that I, the customer, was happy. Working methodically with a 5 person crew, nothing was left undone. I won't bore you with details of the room to room cleaning, but suffice it to say that my house sparkled and smelled wonderful after the team was complete. This provider is punctual, always gives us a call about 5 - 10 minutes before arriving, is very competent and pleasant to work with. We also receive an email a few days before service which is a great reminder besides the card left for our next date. We are so pleased with Cleaner Houses. I couldn't imagine not having this provider's services. 
My husband and I are retired but I still work part time and have RA, so I truly depend on Cleaner Houses not only to do the cleaning I can't do anymore but also to keep our home in great condition.

I have been with this service for 7 years and I have no complaints over those years.  I am moving to a senior living home and I had to stop the service.  They have always done good work, and the girls were always nice to have in the house.

Cleaner houses does a great job.  While doing the usual cleaning - they also are open to requests for additional touch ups - like one week I might ask to pay attention to the door knobs and wipe those, or another week I might ask that they clear out the plants in my garden window and clean that surface well, or another week I might mention the walls in a particular room having some scuff marks.  They are courteous and accommodating to when I need to make schedule changes as well.  And as holidays approach, Rhonda makes a point to check in for adjustments in the schedules.   In general she provides a few hour window as to when they will arrive and they are always punctual to that - it is easy to plan around the cleaning time.
I have been using cleaner houses for over 5 years - and love love love their service.  It has taken away a big stress in my busy life to know that every other week the house will get a good thorough cleaning.

I was initially nervous about hiring a house cleaner to be in our home and around our belongings when we were not there to supervise everything, and additionally skeptical that we'd be happy with the cleaning results on an ongoing basis.  We've been working with Rhonda now for about three years now and have had at least 30 cleaning visits during that time.  I can say that I am completely satisfied with my decision to bring Cleaner Houses & Offices into our home.
Rhonda started with a "deep clean" (i.e. several hours) to "catch up" on all the things we didn't do such a good job on ourselves, with the goal of making it easy to maintain a great state of cleanliness by returning for less lengthy visits every other week.  I arranged the deep clean while my wife was out of town, and from the moment she walked in the door upon her return, she was amazed at the "work I had done."  I then told her as a surprise that Rhonda would be coming back every other week to maintain it.  Needless to say, it has been money well spent.  Less stress, more family time, easier to have friends and family drop in without fear of messy build up, etc.  
I should also mention that I was initially reluctant to have a 2x per month clean, and was thinking only monthly was necessary.  Rhonda convinced me to go with 2x per month, and I have to agree that not only would it make that single visit per month longer, but also the house wouldn't get that nice "reset" every couple of weeks that forces you and your family to be just that much more of a good sport in the cleanliness game between visits.   It's really refreshing to walk in (after a cleaning) and feel like all has become right with the world again now that the floors and carpets are spotless, the counters gleam, and the sinks and toilets sparkle.  
Rhonda has a regular schedule for you on her calendar, so you can plan around it.  Not home, no problem.  Rhonda lets herself in and locks up upon leaving.  In fact, we always get a text message from her prior to arrival in case we're home and want to scoot out before the cleaning. 
I also like that Rhonda isn't a fan of "chemical" cleaners either.  Rhonda brings her own cleaning supplies, vacuum, duster, etc.  Also, yes, sometimes we have been so busy leading up to our cleaning that we can't quite bring ourselves to pick up the Lego piles, etc.  In those cases, we just close the door to the room prior to leaving the house, and that's the signal to Rhonda that "junior's" room can be skipped.
The only disappointment I have found is that there is an occasional dusting incident when a picture frame has flopped over, or a shelf has been bumped, and Rhonda has both left a note and also replaced the broken glass.  Twice in 30+ visits.
My wife and I feel that if you're reading this, you've already decided to hire a cleaner, and now you're trying to narrow down who to choose.  The things you are probably worried about are the things we worried about:  integrity/trustworthiness, attention to detail, reliable, satisfactory cleaning results, reasonable price, on-schedule, efficient, courteous, flexible (i.e. Holidays, etc.). 
Rhonda's got all of these covered for you, and our results with her prove it.  We didn't know her and didn't have any connection to her prior to hiring her.  
Do yourself a favor.  Call Rhonda, have her visit to size up your mess/house, and get yourself on her calendar twice per month. Here's how I sum it up: You work hard enough as it is.  Your house is dirty.  Life gets better with a cleaner house.  You deserve it, and Rhonda's the best.

My boyfriend and I no longer fight about whose turn it is to vacuum the living room or clean the bathroom. Priceless!
Rhonda initially came to our home to see exactly what we wanted done. She gave us a price quote for both the initial "deep clean" and bi-monthly maintenance thereafter. We chose to have two rooms we use much less frequently (guest room and craft room) cleaned every other time. Love the flexibility!
We SO look forward to every other Wednesday! We come home to a beautifully clean, fresh home! There is clear attention to detail and a commitment to doing an outstanding job each and every time .
The cleaners always arrive during the appointed window and get right to work! They are in and out in record time.On the rare occasion I'm working from home, I'm never made to feel in the way.

Cleaner houses and offices have been our service provider for three years now.  The ladies are like clock work month after month, very dependable.  They are friendly, fun and willing to chat-but also serious about the cleaning and immediately set to work. We've had service with other companies but this one is by far the best. They clean our large home quickly and efficiently. This works well for me as I am often home working from my office. I highly recommend them!  The initial deep clean was very intensive( and a bit pricey 250.00 ) but once that's done their twice a month maintenance fee (110.00) is certainly reasonable.

Cleaner Houses, owned by Rhonda Dill, has been cleaning my home since August, 2012. The cleaning crew at Cleaner Houses does a magnificent job maintaing my home. I have used other cleaning services in the past only to be disappointed, so I was reluctant to try another. Cleaner Houses has renewed my faith in housekeeping services. They do a phenominal job cleaning my bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning my hardwoods. My kitchen sink has never been so clean! Rhonda sends an email reminder two days prior to a scheduled clean, allowing me time to "pick-up" and remind my teens to clear their clothes off the floor. My husband even commented on the quality of the work performed by Cleaner Houses; his exact words were, "I love how they are so militant with the vacuum cleaner. I can see a pattern on the carpet." Before Cleaner Houses, the joke in my house was that I didn't know where the vacuum cleaner was kept. In fact, my son once joked that my husband should hide my Christmas present behind it. It is wonderful to come home to a clean house. Thanks Rhonda! I no longer have to choose between quality time or a clean house.

The team arrived in professional clothes and set to work immediately upon entering my home. Rhonda had made a preliminary visit to determine the lay of the land & its needs and had briefed the team. Teresa, the crew chief, directed the operation like clockwork. It was clear all were there to work and not chat, but it appeared they enjoyed each other and worked remarkably smoothly together. A tour of the finished product by Teresa was given 2 thumbs up by me and had me looking forward to the team's return. What a treat it was to have a sparkling home and not spending hours of my time trying to make it so! I recommend Rhonda Dill, Cleaner Houses and the team to one and all, even those such as me who have a hard time relinquishing her dust cloth, vacuum and mop to someone else!!

Things were going along fine -- or well enough anyway -- when she called and said she could no longer clean our house because they had lost 3 of their workers (2 quit and 1 was having surgery). She said she wouldn't be able to replace the workers and come back to us until December.  That was more than a little frustrating. Overall, Ronda is very professional and aims to please. Whenever I had problems, they were very well addressed the next time. For example, I noticed my kitchen floor wasn't particularly clean after a visit and the next time it was sparkling. I was also pleased to get a Friday. My main complaints are that they wouldn't even make my bed, much less change my linens. I realize most customers in Rochester don't require this but I moved here from Florida, where they changed my linens, put them in the wash along with dirty towels, moved them to the dryer and folded them. The other problem we had when they first started was that they kept messing up our electronics and my husband would go nuts. It seemed like they were always pulling out one cable or another. Or dusting a remote device while it was facing the TV and then changing a setting. I don't know how they did it but for the first three times, there was always something. Finally they stopped that. And we have a dimmer in our dining room and that light was always left on when they left. The lights were on the lowest level, but never turned off. That too always annoyed me ... and they were scared of my two dogs. My dogs weren't crazy about them because four or five cleaners come in at one time and it's quite a disturbance from a dog's perspective. They would bark and one of them probably growled at them too.  My husband wound up having to stay home the mornings they came and keep the dogs with them until they left.

,Rhonda Dill quickly returned my initial call and scheduled an appointment with me to review the scope of work.  She recommended an "initial cleaning" of our 2450sqft home prior to beginning twice-monthly work.  Rhonda was very polite, personable and professional during our first encounter, and continues to be through the three months since that we've been working with her and her crew.  The "initial clean" included about 10 manhours of work, and the place was shining.  We have two small kids, a very small dog, and, and generally live pretty cleanly, however, I have to say how impressed I was with the results.  The every-other-week service has been extremely reliable and prompt.  Rhonda's crew is very efficient, thorough, professional, and cheery.  There doesn't seem to be much variance within the crew from visit to visit, and Rhonda pointed out that she tries to keep the majority of the crew consistent from visit to visit on purpose, with the occasional substitution to accommodate school schedules, illness, etc.  Opening up your home to strangers when you're home, and especially not home, can be a mental hurdle.  After meeting Rhonda and her crew, and working with them for a few months, I can tell you there are no regrets.  As they say, you get what you pay for, too!

Rhonda's web site was not working at the time so, initially I had a little trouble reaching her.  Am I EVER GLAD I followed up with a call.  This was too good to have missed! 
Rhonda arrived at the scheduled time to give me an estimate and make notes of any special problems or concerns I had (like a shelf I hung myself, which isn't all that secure) and a basement/entertainment room which gets very little use.  We decided I would let the girls know if I wanted that room cleaned that week & just leave the extra money in her envelope.
I was a little concerned about computer & big screen TVs, but she assured me the girls only clean around the equipment and allow me to clean the screens with whatever product I prefer.  The end result is fast, dependable, and leaves my condo looking immacilate.The only problem I've encountered is that it puts my own housekeeping efforts to shame!  But I think I'll get used to it!
