The vehicles are all great. Again, I was an employee of the General Motors corporation, so I was involved in building the cars, so I know the quality of the cars are all good. I've had next to no problems whatsoever. Mostly, I'll get a recall notice, and I'll take the car in, and they'll check it, and if there's a problem, they take care of it. Other than that, the cars have been very trouble-free.

I've had exceptionally good luck with this dealer. I tell them approximately what I want to pay and they usually get right to that point. I've had very good luck with this dealer as far as they don't jerk me around. They don't feed me a line and then when it's time, give me a different price. They know when I tell them I want to buy a vehicle, and this is what I want to pay, they make it happen, so I'm very pleased with the salesmen. I've had three or four salesmen over the course of 20 years. They've always given me, I've told them what I want, how much I want to pay, or an approximation, close to this amount, and that's usually where they get me into the price range that I want and the vehicle that I want. I've had exceptionally good luck. delivery has always been very easy and convenient. They tell me all about the vehicle, and if I have any questions, just to give them a call. It's been outstanding. I've done business with other dealerships way in the past, and this dealership has always given me outstanding service as far as sells, and they're very prompt You make an appointment for a service call, and they get me in right away. It's always been good. I did work for General Motors, so I do get a discount. The salesman was fantastic. I do refer a lot of people to them all the time, and I do use them. Fair price. They listen, they give anybody I send there, they're extremely pleased with what they get and what they pay. They've had dealings again with other dealerships that they've been disappointed in. After doing business with this dealership, they just keep on going back. I've been pleased with them, and everybody that I send has been pleased with them. Price is A, but again, I get a discount. Quality is A. Their quality of service, quality of business, the way they run the business and everything, I'm really pleased with them. I've used them a number of times.

I would say quality overall is usually an A. Every once in a while, there's a little bit of a hiccup. It's not a bad thing. I had discussed a problem that I had with them, and they corrected it and it was taken care of. They're really good.

The salesman is my favorite thing about this company. He's fantastic. He's just very responsive to his costumers, very professional, always finds what we want when we want it. I've always been pleased. I always tell approximately what I want to pay and he always manages to make it happen.

The only issue I have is one time I took the car in for service, and I had a problem with the remote for opening the door. And I told the service writer that I had replaced the batteries in the remote a couple times in the course of two months, and I felt that I needed a new remote. And the mechanic worked on the car. He took the car and he found that it didn't work, the remote did not work, but I had a package of batteries in the glove compartment, he took a battery out of the package that I had, put a new battery in it and said it was repaired. it in the remote and said it was repaired. They have surveys and I made that response in the survey, and they called me within a few days and ordered the new remote, which the needed and replaced it within a couple of weeks. So they were very responsive, and it didn't cost me anything because it was covered under warranty. I don't know why the mechanic did that. I don't know if it was just misunderstanding. I had told them I had already replaced the battery a couple of times and that I knew it was a defective remote because it wouldn't hold, it was killing the battery, so it wouldn't shut on. There's a switch inside. My son's an electrician, he understands, and he explained why it's killing the battery. The service writer told me well they needed to do that to verify if it was or was not the problem, and when they put the new battery in it, it worked. Well, yeah, it would work for a couple weeks and then it stops working. But, I didn't know he used my battery until I left the dealership, which I thought was a little not too cool. He might have been an inexperienced tech, I don't know. They did make good on the issue, and I believe it was just a misunderstanding. That's probably the last and only problem I've really ever had with them. They ordered me a new remote, and they had me come in, and they programmed it, and I walked out. It took maybe 15, 20 minutes. I brought the car in, they took the old one, programmed the new one, and off I went.

I had received a card from O'Connor Chevrolet for " one free complimentary oil change" .
It was not honored.
They took care me though; were very nice; and change my oil at a reasonable price (25 dollars).
Small Potatoes?
Maybe, but it still annoyed me because I went out of my way to go there.

They got my car in quickly to be repaired. The repairs were done within a 4 day time slot as was quoted. The work done to repair the front fender and driver side door is immaculate. I had a really good experience. I had a couple of small problems. They had said they would set up a rental car for me but they "forgot". That caused me to spend an hour or so longer getting my rental and I was later to work than expected. The other issue was that my my windshield washer woudn't dispense after the repair. A quick 5-minute stop at O'Connor and they fixed the hose which had gotten pinched during reassembly. Overall, it was a really good experience!

Worst service ever. Get quote 9 am. Bad solenoid for ignition cost $225 . Call back 1 pm bad news cant get out solenoid. More parts more labor. Now $525. Call at 3 pm. Bad news. Parts didn't fix problem. Now needs new shifter. More parts more money. Now $675. Sounds like original problem was shifter. Previous week my work van broke down after they worked on previous month. "New power steering pump". Failed after twenty eight days lucky I wasn't on the road when this happened. No brakes no steering. I had to pay for my own towing.
