A small problem developed when one of the final prep people accidentally buffed off part of the freshly-repainted pinstripe. Micah immediately brought this to my attention when I arrived to pick up the car (imagine- they didn't try to hide it from me!), and allowed me to return it at my convenience to have it fixed. He offered a no-charge rental car for the day, but I said it wasn't necessary; I'd just drop it off and then pick it up when it was done. The car now looks great (they detailed it a SECOND time while they were fixing the pinstripe), then presented me with a $20.00 Wegman's gift certificate to compensate me for my time and trouble. Wow- if only all companies could be so professional in their dealings with their customers. Thank you , Micah- you have a customer for life, especially when you consider the local deer population isn't getting any smaller!
