The absolute worse quality and service I could imagine. It took 3 weeks and $7000 for the repair. When I went to pick up the car, the service manager had taken my rental car keys, and then mentioned the headlight didn't work and I should take it to the dealer for further repair. After my strong objection, he agreed to repair the headlight or take it to the dealer. 3 days later, they again told me the car was ready. When I pushed on the fender, it moved away from the hood. The service managers explanation: Oh, that needs a new bracket. One more day and I picked up the car with no idea of what other problems are hidden.

A deer ran into the side of our car and did a lot of damage. Nu-Look Collision did such a great job on our car. You would never even know it had been so wrecked by that deer. And a deer sure can do a lot of damage to a car!

asked for a quote they were too busy to talk with me. Went to another shop and Boom done in 15 minutes had quote and work scheduled.

The process went so smooth! Went for estimates, scheduled a time. That morning I took it in they had everything ready and Hertz rental right in the office to help with rental until my car was done. It was so convenient! Took hardly any time at all! When my car was done, I saw one spot that needed rubbed out, so they came out and did it right there for me. Then took small bottle of paint and touched up EVERY single nick, scratch, anything that could be touched up. Right there so I can help point out where I needed it. Then I drove off! That was excellent customer service!!

Repair work was exceptional and completed ahead of schedule.
They're partnered with most of the big insurance companies. They even set me up with a Hertz rental car.
Sometimes they have to send vehicles to one of their other locations to ensure a quick delivery time. So, even though I dropped my vehicle off at their Gates location, the work was completed by the Nu-Look in Bergen and then shipped back to Gates for pick-up. I was okay with that.
These are very friendly folks who know and do their business very well.
Hopefully I will never be put in the position where I will need collision repair again, but if I ever am, I'd go back to Nu-Look in a heartbeat.

They were recommended to me by my insurance company. They were outstanding. I just talked with them two months ago. They were very fast. Their work was excellent. They arranged for a rental car. As I am disabled they gave me the kind of cars that I needed. They will communicate with you every single day and tell you how the progress is going or you can go online and check on how your car is coming along. I have never experienced that before. I think that is unusual for an auto body work. They also asked for an evaluation.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with our experience with Nu-Look. The people there were very professional and extremely courteous. It did take a bit longer than expected, but that's because the hood was bent and before the estimate, (and the fact that we were driving it at the time!) they didn't want to open it and possibly not be able to close it! So it was opened at the shop and there was a bit more damage underneath that needed to be repaired. The paint job was fantastic!!! It actually looks better now than before!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

I would recommend Nu Looks Cristo Collision to everyone. They got my car in their shop in a short time frame and did the work fast. They did a quality job and treated me like I was a preferred customer. They are very reputable.
