My spouse and I have bought and sold five homes together and have used a variety of realtors and agents. Although there were some unfortunately delays in the processing of our mortgage, we were very happy overall, especially with our realtor Susan Kachurak who negotiated an excellent price for us and consistently followed thru with details. Steve Glanville in the mortgage department was also very helpful and professional. It was vastly better than relying on a nation-wide bank for a mortgage approval. I would recommend Nothnagle to anyone!

They were pretty efficient. The underwriting process went pretty smoothly and they had good rates. They seemed professional. We really liked the woman that we worked with but she doesn't work there anymore.

It wasn't easy but Nothnagle was great. I'm oversimplifying this, but essentially what Nothnagle did was back us so we could get into our new home 1 month earlier than other banks were going to allow us in. I am a teacher and needed to move in before the start of school. The banks we had contacted wouldn't allow us to move in until I had my first full paycheck. Nothnagle understood that I had a contract and backed us so we could get a VA loan and move in before school. I cannot thank them enough.
