They had no idea what the cause of it was or did they want to find a treatment. They made us feel that this was a medical condition that they were not interested in treating.

After going to her local doctor, I wanted another opinion on a recent diagnosis. So I went to see Dr. Ciafaloni. After four hours, an accurate diagnosis was made. She was very agressive with treatment, because this was a rare disorder. Their involvement, especially being longer distance, was wonderful, she even worked closely with her local doctor. Very pleased.
