Initially, everything was excellent. The workers that did the job, were great! They were hard working, skilled, knowledgeable, considerate. I couldn't ask for a better team for the job. These workers were contracted by Jeff Tome, the president and owner of Mr Gutter. Upon reaching out to Jeff, I encountered a very nasty man. He would not listen to my praise for the work done. He was very unprofessional and nasty on the phone. While I was being kind, complimenting and polite, he loudly informed he he was going to fire the young man that performed the work and he hung up on me. What I learned from this experience. Mr Gutter and other companies are businesses contracting hard working people to do jobs to make a name for themselves. While the work done was exemplary, the owner of this business proved to be a very nasty person. I would not recommend him.
