"We did all repairs we told home owner dormer was not being done as roofer who did roof removed all flashing and more work was needed to do properly .roof was done wrong by another roofer . We returned 640.00 the portion that was for dormercy section as they were 3 separate prices for 3 separate repairs"

"Really a complaint from 2002 . 11 years after work done never was notified that repair didn't work. We also told her needed to replace roof that sometimes repairs wont work or last that long nor did we receive call or complaint fro bc"

"we had done work on porch already we built new steps and used existing rail to fix side porch that had no rail customer had no complaints ,we also were to look at yankee gutter leak which we did ,we opened up soffit near leak area found rotted hip rafter and water damage to crown molding and some fasia. at that i explained to mrs moesly and her son who is an architect that due to damage would reccomend removing copper roof and repair all damaged framing ,i wrote her three est on different options for new roofing system and one for temp repairs with no warenties at all. she chose this option ,we opened up fasia and removed crown molding ,adjusted down spout to yankee gutter repaired some fasia and also jacked up porch aprox 2 to 3 inches and repaired old post in this repair . after temp repair complete and did not have to do as much as we had thougt to get temp repair done i had called her a few time to meet with them to do job breakdown and would have did discount prior to her writing check ,after two days of calling i recieved a text stating she mailed a check ,i responded that i was going to discount job aprox 600.00 and i would just mail a ck back she reply thank you. after doing job braekdown refund came to 500.00 . after she recieved it she starting texting me why not 600.00 i tried callin to explain and could not get her on phone so i text her back that this is hat it came to . this is coming from a person who sent in check for total amount ,as i do not take money down . i feel she is being totally unfair to me and my company she has also filed complaint to bbb . i have asked her to put her request in writng with her and her husband signitures and have it noterized .and not to text me but put all in writing at this time. we are a small home improvement company we take no money down on our jobs ,all monies are due after completion /satisfaction of work, which she was as she sent in payment in full for 2490.00 ,most contractors would not have on there own sent a refund for the reason that we didnt have to do as much as we had thought so i do not feel as if this complaint is at all warranted thank you michael a kramer owner mr. fix-it"
