Service was excellent and products were delivered within a week. During the project we needed additional products and Pete Steltmann was able to get everything we needed on time. He was great to work with- very responsive and professional. We would highly recommend.

We purchased new kitchen cabinets from them.
The good: design help from Meagan was very good
The bad: more than half of the cabinets were damaged or designed incorrectly. We had scuffed paint and scratches from poor packaging. Facing doors were different sizes. It was bad.
Morse and the cabinet company (Wolf cabinets) responded right away in mid-June. We were told it would take two weeks to receive replacement doors and drawer faces. After two weeks, we were told it would be another two weeks, which was later reduced to one week after I complained loudly and often. Morse did return to do the repair jobs, but did not complete them in the first visit. All told, it took another two weeks to complete. We eventually had what we bought 2 months after the original delivery.
To their credit, they did fix everything and were very polite. However, there was no sense of urgency at all. Their general response was "this is the way it is in the kitchen business".
I eventually negotiated a $250 refund (on a $12,000 purchase - not much but I was tired of arguing with them). Even this was not delivered on time and I had to make another phone call. Again - no sense of urgency.
