My insurance company sent me to several other collision shops for an estimate. They said that they couldn't get parts because of the age of the vehicle and so I was paid the totaled value. As this vehicle was in good shape otherwise and is used as basic transportation I searched for someone to repair it. Morris did it in less than a week total time, using new parts and matched the red paint exactly for a fraction of the insurance payout. You know I'm pleased.

I recommend them highly.  I think they are a great business.  They are a nice business and they are very honest and they take care of my vehicles the way I expect them to.  They are a great place and I should have found them years ago.  They are very fair and they never over charge me at all.  They are a good mechanic company.

I was looking for a good job at a fair price. Had an exhaust leak noise that was getting worse and started to get exhaust smell in car so figured it was time. I stopped by and they put it up on lift and found the problem and even had me go look and it made sense what he showed me. I left the car and picked up the next day and all was done and car is nice and quiet. Was very satisfied.

wonderful the owner is phenomenal and the work he did was exceptional. I am planning on recommending him to all at the school I work in and will use him in the future for all auto repairs and body work. He was half the price of other body shops . he also gave me a loaner car free of charge.

Very nice and personable, very professional. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time, and the quality of the repair was great, car looks like brand new.

My RIT-student daughter needed body work on her car from an accident.  They treated her exceptionally well.  Work was done promptly, under budget, and they did a great job, including a little extra work for free that wasn't a result of this accident.  So 3+ cheers and 5+ stars to Morris Auto Body.

Price quoted was much cheaper than any other quotes. Work done in a timely manner and done well.

I also asked them to do a 'doll up' and that turned out very nicely. The estimate was quite reasonable and the work was performed on time as promised.

I left the car with Morris while I vacationed in Hilton Head. When I returned there was a slight problem that they couldn't find a reasonably priced rear (plastic) panel, which was damaged. I authorized Morris to repair the old panel. The car was finished a couple days later, and I could not be happier with the quality of the complete paint job. My '91 Miata rivals new cars!
In general, I am most impressed with everything about Morris Motors, from the congeniality of Jim Morris, and any of his staff, to the professional execution of the body work and paint. The color perfectly matched the original '91 British Racing Green. the finish the equal of a new car, in fact I was comparing my car to a new (Black) Mercedes, and felt I had the better paint job!
I recommend them at least for body work! I will have some mechanical work done sometime and I will report on that!

We took the car to Jesse's shop for an estimate and waited for the estimate to be approved by the insurer of the person who hit our car. We then left the car with Jesse on Tuesday and we picked up the car on the following Monday.  Not only did Jesse's team do an excellent repair job, but they also touched up a few scratches and dents that were in the area of the damage.

These guys are great! They were at least 50% less than all other estimates I got. I had a very minor fender-bender that they fiexed for me. 
They gave me an estimate when I could drop it and they took exactly the time they said they would.

I will use them gain hands, yet again I hope I don;t have to :--)

Their price was fair; the work was done perfectly and on time, and they even gave me a loaner car while they worked on my car.  What an awesome find these guys are!

The folks at Morris auto are pleasant, accommodating, honest and professional.  The work they did on the car looked great; they gave me a loaner to drive while my vehicle was in the shop.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their car worked on after any damage to the body.

Estimate was given--about $600 (right on my estimate).  No paperwork, bring it in the next morning, which I did (Wednesday). By Friday noon, I wondered about it and asked, they said it would be ready by end of day--and oh, btw, he had replaced one plastic plate on the door but not the 2d one.  I said "have you got the right car, only one plate was damaged".  He said, yes, I'll show you what I mean.  I got there, and saw he'd replaced the front plate on the rear passenger door, not the damaged rear plate on the front door.  He said well they both were damaged.  They were not, as my son even confirmed.  He (owner) said he'd have to charge another $50 for the front plate.  Wha???  He asked if I could bring it in in a few days to get that on?  Ok ok.  Then I discovered he had failed to repair the deep scratch inside the rear passenger door on the wheel well surface.  I said, You haven't finished the job.  He said I've had so many sick people lately, can't handle the work.  I'll try to get a loaner for you if you bring it in next Wed.  Ok ok.  So I called on Tuesday nite to make sure they 'd have a loaner.  Nope.  I said, do you remember me, you said you'd get a loaner?  He said, what can I say, life's a b****. All my loaners are out.  Oh wait, are you the guy with the Ford Fusion?  I said Yes.  He said, "Well, I have one for YOU!" Ok, bring in the next a.m.  In return for my patience, he gave me a rusted out Honda to park in my lot, which I couldn't get the keys out of and just left there for the day.  When I to his shop, he said as a reward for my ordeal, he would "eat" the additional $50 for the second plastic plate, but then charged me for it anyway, so he charged me $650 (above the original estimate), and with tax, $700, He said, "I don't know if its being on the internet or what, but I'm just swamped with work."  Well, not my work buddy--I'm not that desperate. 

My car was totaled.  An estimate to fix it was $4350 and was more than what the car was worth.  (we use it to transport dogs, dirt, etc.)  Morris auto fixed it for $1200.  We've had all our cars serviced here for many years.  On our recommendation, many of our friends use Morris Auto and are also happy with it.  This is one of the comjpanies you can use without feeling paranoid.  They do excellent work and have excellent prices.

Every other garage gave an estimate of $700. These guys are highly recommended. They do not mark up on the parts as others do. I got my job done for under $450.
