Matt is a thief and a mean one. He bought a Sonos Zoneplayer from me off eBay, which he then apparently tried to install in a clients home, when he was unable to figure out how to operate he claimed the unit was defective after 29 days, one before eBay’s limit. As it was thanksgiving and I was away from home, I foolishly believed his story that he couldn’t get it to work and that he would mail the unit within one week so I gave him an advance on the refund. Now 96 days later I still don’t have my device back, he is silent for weeks or only replies “no time, haven’t gotten to it yet”. When I threatened police action he again promised to mail it the next day! Being forgiving at heart I again paid him for shipping but nothing. This man is a dishonest oathbreaker and an unkind person. He will hound you daily when he is awaiting money and then disappear. To date he still has almost $200 of my property & shipping fees that he doesn’t have time to mail back. As I’m serving overseas in Okinawa and unable to come to court for a reasonable cost I can’t pursue police action. I assume he knows this and is using this technique to acquire free goods from unsuspecting folks online. Stay far away, this man will take your money and leave you hanging, further he promotes himself as an authorized installer but I’m sure Sonos wouldn’t condone installing second hand equipment.

Full disclosure - I wasn't there when Matt did the work for my dad-  I only ever spoke to him on the phone. But in that regard he was super-professional, getting back to me right away, squeezing my dad in even though he was booked with lots of other jobs and honoring my request to bill me instead of asking my father at the point of service for payment. My parents were enthusiastic about how competent and quick Matt was when he arrived at their home.

Matt is simply the best.  He is knowledgable, skilled and an honest hard working professional. I had worked with another stereo company in Rochester-they informed me that Sonos would not work in my house.  I contacted Matt who promptly assessed my situation and than installed Sonos throughout my home.  I am delighted to have this system and  enjoy it daily.  Matt has also provided after installation  followup.  I will work with Matt on any future home theatre or music system needs I may have.

Matt was pleasant and helpful. His knowledge of the little things made this an easy install. Things like attaching convertors and cable boxes to the TV instead of to the wall, thus preventing future damage to the wall. Would definitely recommend Matt for this type of service. Thank you.

Matt was timely, courteous and friendly. The install did take longer than originally quoted, but I was very happy with the job and products that were recommended.

The estimate was dead on with what the cost would be. The quality was flawless. You cant see any cabling or wires. He was on time and on budget.
