Mike arrived at the time promised for both the job estimate and to do the work. My basement stairs were unsafe and rotting out. He built and installed new ones for me at a very affordable price. No mess left behind. Professional and skilled.

Mike did several different jobs well but the doors he created to cover shelving in my powder room are cheap looking and uneven. The magnetic latch does not extend far enough out to hold the door shut. I called him and asked him to come by and fix it but that was a month ago and I have not seen or heard from him.

Mike did a great job! he even called lowe's for me because some parts of my lighting fixtures were missing... he also installed kitchen faucet which he double checked. the only downfall was the original quote was way too high,but he did come down a bit!!!

Mike was professional and hard working. He obviously takes pride in his work. We had several things done and all are repaired and then some. He came exactly as he said he would. My only objection is that he was pretty expensive. I feel satisfied that the jobs were done right however. I would hire him again.

Mike was very good, came the same day I requested service and installed a sink and faucet for me. Very professional and extremely competent. The second contractor that called me was somewhat rude when I informed him that I had already hired Canalside for the job.

We were very pleased with Canalside Home Maintenance. He did a good job enstalling the fan and even did a few extra things that needed doing. We would recomend him for all around home maintenance.
