Horrific. Nightmare from start to finish. Was supposed to power wash house, garage, and two porches on a Saturday morning. I knew that I might not be home so I left a check for payment. Mike French took my check, CASHED IT THE SAME DAY, yet did not complete the power wash that day, the next day or at 7 am Monday morning as promised. After repeated phone calls to him, he showed up at 12:30 Monday afternoon. He did a poor job, leaving many stains and spots on the body of the house ( which I washed off the next day with Simple Green and a brush); he also completely skipped the side porch. Adding to this, Mike French left his power washer, ladder, and gas can in my garage after the job ended at 3:30 on Monday, claiming he'd be back THAT NIGHT to pick it up. After repeated phone calls, he did not return to pick up his equipment until THURSDAY MORNING, acting as if he was doing me a favor. Be warned, he also tried to hit me up for more money once he arrived at my home ($300 versus the agreed $275)... In my opinion, avoid this contractor for power washing at all costs - at best, he is unprofessional. At worst...
