The staff at microworx is great. Every time I go in for service or a question i see alot of the same faces from when I started going there over 10 years ago. They are friendly and really know their computer stuff! We always used them to fix and clean our PC's but also started using them when we needed replacement PC's. I highly recommend them!

I like the people at Microworx. They are willing to spend time on the phone diagnosing a problem, saving me money and the hassle of taking the computer in. They are not always quick when I do have the computer in there - the last time it was in it took them a while to figure out what was wrong. I'll buy my next computer from them, though, since our experience has generally been positive and I like dealing with a local, independent company.
