The work they did was fine, but they charged me extra for removing the wall moldings. I was not told, when I made the appointment, that I would have to remove myself if I wished to avoid that charge.

We had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get back money that they overcharged us for. The installer sat on our couch with his feet on top of our dining room table. The salesperson refused to return our phone calls. Four people in their organization claimed that the carpet needed to be installed one way the the installer did not complete the installation that way. I would never do business with them again.

I was very pleased with the way my new vinyl flooring turned out. I liked that Max Pies Floor Covering cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

The guys that came out from Max Pies Floor Covering did not have enough carpeting to do what they were hired for. They showed up late a week later, and had an attitude with me. I also found some problems with cuts in the carpet. I would not recommend them.

I wish that all contractors were as good as Max Pies. The quality of the carpeting was very good as was the installation. They did exactly as they agreed to do; there were no surprises. Nothing was harmed in our house. Everything was great.

Overall, Max Pies Carpeting did a good job. The crew was very young, so there were a few things that I though were unprofessional. We ran into a little problem, but they came out the following Saturday and fixed it. I'd use them again, but I would prefer a more experienced crew.
