Matthew was hired to install a NEST thermostat by a non-local contractor. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed that the NEST that had been purchased by the contractor was the wrong one for my wiring. He informed the contractor and went to purchase the correct item. He neatly, precisely and quickly installed, tested, and set up the device to interact with WiFi and cell phone APPS. Throughout this process and despite the unexpected ordering glitch, he maintained a professional competency, personable demeanor and complied with COVID protocols. We would certainly contact Matthew for any future electrical work.
