Master Window Cleaning

Rob is efficient and an absolute master at expertly completing this onerous task. His prices are always reasonable and he has never failed to arrive on time for his appointments. A real pleasure to work with.

He did a great job. He cleaned all of the windows upstairs and down.

We needed a window cleaner as the last step before putting our home on the market. The exterior was being painted so weren't able to give a definite date when we would be ready for the windows to be cleaned. We called Master Window Cleaners and had a quote in our mailbox that day when we got home from work.

Over the next several weeks I called with a few questions on timing and logistics since we would be out of town on the day we needed him to be there. Each time my call was returned the same day with the information I needed.

Our home had 105 year old original windows with self storing storms. Master Window came in, cleaned our windows, screens and storms inside and out and reinstalled the storm windows. The windows looked brand new and were spotless for our listing photos and showings.

With all of the work we have had done to our home over the past months, it was refreshing to work with a service provider who does what they promise, on time, and for a fair price. Master Window went above and beyond with our crazy timing and logistics of being away when they came,etc. I have already recommended their services to neighbors.

Master cleaner arrived at appointed time and went straight to work. He did a beautiful job and finished in about an hour and a half. Rain was in the forecast for that evening. Contractor said he would come back tomorrow to do outside again if we wanted.

Some windows had been painted shut. He was able to unstick some of them, but others wouldn't budge in spite of his attempts. He only charged for the windows that he was able to clean.

Rob is simply fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better job.

I wish all service providers were like Rob. He was punctual, conscientious of my home (he wore booties to keep my floors clean, thorough, and very reasonably priced. My old windows which I thought needed to be replaced sparkle. I will definitely use his services again!
