Computer Repair
Louis of Mac to Mac helped me get set up with a used macbook pro after mine was stolen. Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge regarding everything IT, he is super personable and walked me through the IT jungle without making me feel like a kindergartner. He solved some problems with our IT set-up very quickly, had excellent hardware and software recommendations, was able to recover some data files that Apple told me were completely a lost cause, and generally educated me in a very effective way, in addition to providing me with a highly functioning machine and an understanding of the operating system. I will be continuing to use Mac to Mac for IT support and equipment purchases, and will recommend him to my friends.
