we did a walkthrough of the entire house, he pointed out all areas of concern with complete explanations of possible solutions. He was personable and explained things in terms anyone could understand.He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. When we were done, he promised to have the full written report to me within 3 days and he kept his promise.
