After 41 years straight with another insurance company, our homeowner insurance doubled (not due to claims - but because of a technicality)   After  phone calls to our agent, his boss, and the Company's headquarters produced no results in having our rates reduced, we contacted Tony Buda of Liberty Mutual (recommended by our son), and he was able (with our excellent rating) to increase our policy limits and reduce our premium...and I do not mean the NEW premium we were given - I mean the premium of the PREVIOUS year.  Tony was absolutely wonderful in helping us do everything through the computer and over the phone as we actually live one hour from is office...and, since I am anything but a whiz on the computer- I do mean he helped. Since then, he has reviewed all our policies with us to make certain we are not over/nor under insured on any front.  The folks in his office are also, extremely pleasant and ever so helpful, and knowledgeable.   When our next-door-neighbor received the same homeowner rate increase from our previous insurance co.(for the same technicality), we referred them to Tony.  They, also, cannot say enough about his helpfulness and competency...and, like us,they switched not just their homeowner's but all of their insurances to Tony.  We are all pleased that our former insurance company got "greedy", and sent us over to Tony Buda and Liberty Mutual
