Liberty Moving

It was a horrible experience. They moved some furniture for us from Florida. I gave the list of things what we wanted moved several time and asked her if the price was same and not going to change. She said yes. They came collected the boxes from the bedroom step and then the guys told me he wanted a $1000.00 more to move it. By the time everything was load on the truck. I had to pay him a $1000.00 more and they came changed two days early than they were supposed to. I had to leave work, call my husband and tell him they were coming tomorrow morning. So we had a hustle and then when we went to Florida to deliver the furniture on 5th that was Saturday. They picked up two days earlier now they were going to be late. So we had to put ourselves in a nice hotel for 2 days clothes in. So she told us he would bring it at 10 o’clock in the night. I was so mad and I went over with that girl so many times. It was for two bedroom and 10 boxes we packed. When we had to unpack everything in Florida the furniture was broken. I was so mad and wanted to compliant then I thought but they got the money the job was done. They were not going o do anything about it. They lied about everything. I still have to move and I do not know who to trust anymore. The whole thing was bizarre. We really cannot pack it and do it ourselves because we need help, we do not have family. It was the worst experience I had. I think they had a better business that day. I even asked the girl if they were a broker. We learn that we do not need to bring everything. We now going to sell it and buy new stuff. We bought a dining room set and living room set from Ashley’s and they delivered it that day itself. The guy was really great. We were going to sell it, donate or give it away. It was not worth moving everything from there for what they charged me.
