They were great. I didn't get charged which is awesome but they did let me know the issues. They always have good customer relations and they always take the time to explain everything to know about the issue. They are very professional and courteous.

They were quick and did a good job. I've used them for other stuff, more mechanical things and they've always come through. It is probably the normal price for doing a state inspection. They didn't find anything wrong.

It was overnight. They're very trust worthy and very honest. If you don't need it, they won't d it. They're gonna call you and say "hey you don't need this but 6 months from now, you're gonna need it". He's the type of person who calls me and say "hey, you need this".

They do a real nice job. I was satisfied with the work. I have been using them for about 8 years.

The brakes were done perfectly on my Ford F250. I have had them do work on all of my vehicles and I am completely satisfied. They ain't cheap, but you know when you leave that the job is done right.

Originally went in for annual inspection but was told my brakes needed replacing. They let me keep the car for the evening and I dropped it off on my way to work. They got the brakes replaced and the inspection done before I got back from work. Everything was explained and priced competitively.

They gave me a senior discount. It was clean and direct with no sales pitch. They explained the cause of a potential knocking noise, but didn't push a repair.

Any dishonest mechanic could have told me that the original brakes needed changed after 15 years, 73,000 miles, but Bob told me that they still have a lot of miles on them. I have been using this service for many years and have always found highest quality service and integrity. Bob stands behind his work 100%. His hourly rate is not the least expensive you might find, but you get what you pay for. Old proverb: "Cheap things are not good and good things are not cheap" applies here. He has also won the AAA repair approval many years in a row.
