LAWN DOCTOR

As seniors 70yr old we have used Lawn Doctor through its current owner A and previous owner K for many years of annual lawn treatments and plowing. Last winter the lawn was torn up by plowing which has been normal but the repair as part of the contract was to throw seed on top of the sod clumps that were still on rop of the lawn from plowing and call it a day. A 5 year old would have done better. When I called the office to get it repaired sect was surprised because it was A the owners work. After not hearing back or having anyone come out I called A not in a good mood and he reponded that he had other things to be doing, I said i would take care of it myself. He continued to do our Lawn Treatments for the year (prepaid) but refused to send us a renewal for plowing. But lacking the courage to tell us when our neighbors recieved their contracts and we did not we found he did not renew us per the office because of the "hullabaloo" last year. He took his revenge that he had been harboring since last year by leaving us without plow service this upcoming winter. I took my revenge by cancelling upcoming aeration and overseeding work and future lawn treatments worth 2 x plowing and posting this review. Loss of thousands in future business and reputation to Lawn Doctor name. As Seniors having a snow plowing service was essential but to not have the courage to tell us shows what kind of person he is!

The first couple treatments went well. A treatment in October was cancelled but Lawn Doctor decided to do the treatment anyway in November without my permission.
Lawn ended up being burned and had other companies claim it was due to a bad application.
They would not waive the charge even though the services were not requested.

I am very pleased with them. They are very reliable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Straightforward. Only problem: They went to work without letting us know they were here.

I think overall, Lawn Doctor did a good job. If you see a problem they will come back to take care of it. They are a great company that I will continue to use.

We switched to Lawn Doctor this year because our other lawn service got too costly. Lawn Doctor gives better service at a lower cost. We like that they notify us when they are here, which the previous service did not do. Lawn Doctor does excellent work.

Lawn Doctor does a good job most of the time. I am usually satisfied with the work. If I notice something wrong, I can call, and they come back out and redo the job. They are good about coming right back out if I have a problem or question.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for the past 2 years. I have a year contract with them. They are a very knowledgeable company. Also very professional.

Lawn Doctor is very professional and did good work. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my lawn. I would recommend them to others.
