Excellent. Tim was very friendly and professional. He installed the lights and a new switch for adjusting the brightness on four of the five lights. We have used this electrician several times in the past and have always been pleased.

This is the 5th or 6th time I've used Laughlin in my older (1920's) home.  They have installed a larger service circuit breaker panel; installed new lighting in a few rooms; and installed outside security lighting.  They are always very thorough, professional and pleasant people to work with.  I highly recommend them.

I would recommend them. We have been working with them for a long time. They seem to really care about doing a good job. They are always very neat and clean. They are respectful of the privacy of your home. It seems like the work they do is good craftsmanship because they don't have to come back and do it again. We are very happy with them. They charge a reasonable amount, but it is not like it is an unbelievable bargain, but it is what you expect. I would use Laughlin Electrical Corp. again.

Was given quote by Mr. Laughlin which I accepted a few days later. He worked out a time that was convienient for my schedule and promised the work would be complete and inspected in a two day time frame. On the appointed day of start, Tim arrived promptly at 8:30 am and began his upgrade. He was very courteous and explained all the work he would be doing. He advised me that I would be without power for a short lenght of time both days. That amounted to approximately 2 hours each day. Not an inconvienience by any means. He worked steadily and updated his progress. He worked until 4 pm and told me he would return the next day at 8:30 am. He was there promptly at 8:30 and he went to work to finish his project. He had scheduled the inspection for the early afternoon, which was done on time and completed cleaning up by 4 pm. He had contacted the electric utility company to come out to make their permanent connection and that happened the following afternoon.  I have never had any work done with such complete care and professionalism. I now consider this company as my choice for any electrical work needing to be done and will highly reccomend them to anyone needing electrical work.

I have been using Laughlin Electric for 10 years. The service guys are real nice and know what they are doing. They are very punctual. I recommend them.
