Roofing
This was a large job, very close to 5000 sq ft. The
owner was the main worker with one helper and a gofer. They tore off one section
at a time and put the old shingles in a dumpster then completed the roofing
before moving on the next section. Each section was either finished or
covered with under-layment so no rain ever came into the house. It rained
a lot that week so it took a few days longer than expected. The job is first rate and to
date there are no leaks. He even painted the plumbing vents and fireplace vent to match the color of the roof.
They cleaned up all materials and nails after the work was completed.
We are happy with the job and would recommend Mr. Lippa to anyone
who needs a good contractor for his or her roof.
