Real Estate Service
John called me during the negotiations and said the bank requested a higher deposit. I complied and sent him a check. When we went to closing it turned out that John Valerio had never turned over all of the deposit money to HSBC. I had to pay $1700 to close and took him to Small Claims Court and won my case (he never showed). He then closed his business and filed bankruptcy.I received no money.
He has since re-opened his business under a new name, Lamplighter homes.
