Work on the first computer was adequately performed. I did have a long wait without my computer. 1 month. Work on the second computer was a nightmare. The store owner offered to buy my computer for $100 and give me an outdated computer from the eighties that was as big as an old television. I knew something wasn't quite right after he took everything apart and then I was asked if I wanted it put back together after I refused any further service on the machine. I was told it was the power strip and he would purchase one on ebay for $100. I was a bit uneasy about purchasing a used part on ebay. I asked for my computer back and when it was returned to me the power switch no longer worked. After taking it to Staples for repair service the technician told me someone put glue in the power switch and it had to be painstakingly be removed. Also, a wire was mysteriously pulled from the motherboard which is also another mystery as to how this happened without someone maliciously making that happen. I was also coaxed into buying a candle for a sick child only to find out the boy only received a couple dollars out of the twenty it cost and handed an Avon book and asked if I would change my gas and electric provider to another provider that the computer owner's girlfriend as getting commission for new customers. I couldn't wait to get out of the store with my computers. My son warned me that I'd probably never see them again but I did! However, anyone who can sabotage a computer with glue should be put out of business.
