I have a hole where a cabinet door rams in to the corner of the counter tops. The counter tops are too large. I didn't get the right hardware that I wanted. They have come out 6 or 7 times since the remodel and nothing has yet to be done. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions without any response. He sends his cabinet maker out and the cabinet maker tells him what needs to be done and they do not want to do it. There was no price difference between the knobs that I wanted from hardware that they installed. Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
