I am very disappointed in the way my furniture was packed and unpacked by Kimiya Services. When Kimiya delivered and unpacked items that had been packed by their company there was significant damage to a coffee table plus damage to dining room chairs. The coffee table was brand new and cost more than it cost to use Kimiya’s services. Unfortunately, Kimiya has chosen to absolve themselves of all responsibility for the results due to the actions of their employees. Beware of using this company or you may find yourself in my situation, trying to get Kimiya to make things right and getting nothing in return.

They sent two workers they found on Craigs List, who damaged most of our furniture. They also stole our credit cards and used them to shop. The owner of the business blames us for the damages to the furniture and refuses to compensate. Will never do business with Kimiya Services!!!

They are so nice! The job was a lot of different debris and they went above and beyond thought about the best way to remove wood, metal, trimmings, brick, concrete logs and tree stumps etc. from pictures and brought a huge truck a good crew and equipment to remove all needed items. Extremely impressed would recommend to everyone.

They were very prompt and professional. It was two movers and they moved my furniture from 3 different locations and placed everything where it needed to go and also set up everything that needed to be set up. I recommended them to everyone in my family because I ve used other companies before such as Becker and I ve never had any company make me feel like anything I asked could be accomplished with no problem. I would always use their company moving forward.
