K&C Tree & Landscape

My neighbor, who’s backyard borders mine, hired K&C Tree & Landscape about a month ago to remove some large trees at the back end of her property. When the trees were being cut down, some falling branches fell on a young tree (one that I bought and planted) in my yard breaking many of the main branches. I called Chris, the owner, to report this had happened and spoke to him directly. He said he would stop by the next day to take a look and he never did. I have left several voice messages since then and he never calls back. BEWARE of hiring someone who is not willing to correct his error!! Accidents happen, but an honest, ethical and fair business man would make every effort to make things right!
