Jay Koenig's crew were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. Fit us in very quickly to our needs and gave us personal service as he was on site actually working with his crew everyday. Arrived when he said he would. Clean up was excellent. Very little overspray (which they cleaned up), no drips or runs on the clapboard siding, full coverage with primer and 2 coats of color. Same on the kitchen deck using a special deck paint. Cost ran a little more than we hoped, but that was due to having to apply a second coat of color. Jay discussed that possibility before he started the work so it was not unexpected. Once the first coat was applied, he an I inspected and discussed the need for a second coat before going forward. Worked well with us on repairing 3 facia pieces that were a last minute addition to the job. Excellent communicator, very knowledgable, very professional, quick and keeps his eye on the goal and gets it done.

They tore off the roof and replaced the shingles on the house and the garage.They were professional, on time, and they had excellent quality and prices.
