I went to this shop because they were the only shop in the Rochester area that carries the Watters line.  We made an appointment and one of my attendants tried on a sample dress and we then ordered and paid for her's in full and ordered the other two dresses at that time as well.  I put a 50% deposit on those two dresses.  This was in January 2013, my wedding date was July 12, 2013.  Never heard another word from Juliana's until i called in May asking when the dresses would be in.  I was told "don't call us, we'll call you" when i called them again at the end of May after they stated the dresses should be in by end of May on the previous call. 
When I called again the second week of June, i was told they should be in any day.  They came in on June 10th.  I went to pick them up and they brought me three lime green dresses - my dresses were blue.  Elizabeth went back downstairs and came up with only 2 of my 3 dresses.  She demanded full payment of the balance at that time (eventhough the 3rd dress wasnt even there!) I paid her (like an idiot) and went home.  Looked at the dresses and low and behold one of them was the wrong style!  I called her the next day and she told me they would re-do the wrong dress and the 3rd dress and this one would be in at the end of June.  Long story short, after she told me i was "the worst customer she has ever dealt with in 30 years of business" and screamed at me because i asked her to pay overnight shipping from the factory, oh, and best part...she lied and said it was the factory that ordered the dress incorrectly and i called the factory who told me it was ordered by her in the wrong style to begin with.  Neither party would pay for overnight shipping thus and me (THE CUSTOMER) was stuck in the middle.  Then i was told that she was "losing money" on the dress anyway (YES, NOT KIDDING).  The 3rd dress came in, it was wrong.  Luckily it was just a change out of a sash that i had to buy locally.  Then when the originally incorrectly ordered dress came in....she demanded i give her the dress she gave me originally that was wrong before she would hand over my dress!!  This was all 5 days before the wedding!  I had to go out of my way to get this dress and bring it to her in her new location (YES, SHE MOVED DURING ALL OF THIS AND NEVER FORMALLY NOTIFIED ME) before i could get this dress and send it to my maid of honor in NC who needed alterations.  She had to delay her trip to Rochester to wait on the alterations and the best ever???  I had to pay overnight shipping out of my pocket to send it to her so she could get it to a tailor ASAP!  How ironic.  This woman is the owner and she is the most unprofessional witch i have ever met.  She keeps your money for months and then has you over a barrel when it comes down to the wire.  If you must use her (which i highly advise you not to), tell her your wedding date is a month before it really is because she will take you right down to the bare wire - all the while collecting interest on your money.  And don't think about questioning her, she's been in business for 30 years.  The fact that this stuff is happening and she just moved into a carriage house from a nice storefront on Monroe Avenue, tells me she wont be for very much longer.
