Due to high winds over the last few months some of my siding had come loose and one piece had fallen off. Mr. Gray had done small repairs for me in the past so I left a message for him Tuesday, he called me back Wednesday after he had driven by my house to take a look, quoted me an agreeable price and told me he'd could do it Friday morning. I got home that Friday afternoon and the job was done, he left me the bill and everything looked good. If you want fast, no nonsense work, Mr. Gray is an excellent choice.

John did a great job. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He was honest and reasonable. I will definitely call him again. I even gave his name to some friends who had some projects.

This guy worked his tail off. House was in disrepair, and he made sure everything was as it should be. Gave suggestions as to how to make things better than they were, not just replace what was. Booking the appointment was quick, and price more than reasonable. Real nice guy to boot.

The job was finished as anticipated.

The patch was done well, I was able to feather in another coat after it dried.  The roof leak is fixed.

After the snow had melted I came home from work to find my mailbox post snapped in two and on it's side, a victim of the snow plow.  I called J.T. and explained I had a new mailbox I had been meaning to put out but now I needed what remained of the old post dug out and replaced with a new one.  He told me to leave the new mailbox in front of my garage and he would have the job done by the time I got home from work the next day.  True to his word I got home and I had a brand new post with my new mailbox attached.  I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get the job done and the quality was excellent.  For small odd jobs like these I have found no one better than J.T.

He was very difficult to contact via phone. I had to call him twice to get him to call me back and we played phone tag for a while before we actually scheduled the work. His communication skill were lacking to say the least. When he came to do the work he didn't even bring the toolbox in with him. And he had to make multiple trips to his car to get tools and i even had to loan him some of my tools. Which was strange to me. We showed him the blinds we wanted installed and he argued with my husband about the size of our blinds saying they wouldn't fit. The blinds were 23" wide and my windows were 24" wide so I knew they would fit. My husband had to basically show him how to hang them. I thought it was odd that he didn't know how to hand simple wooden blinds. He was very neat and didn't make a mess and cleaned up very well after himself. And when the work was done they were installed pretty well i guess but i wouldn't hire him again.

Very straightforward process, I purchased a 2hr handyman deal through Angie's list and within a day we were in contact to set up a time. I had 2 projects in mind and both were completed within the two hour window (one of an electrical nature and the other having to do with a misaligned door). Both projects were fixed within the two hours and I am happy with the quality of work.

I initially contacted him via email on Angie's list. He responded within a day and was able to quote me via a phone call the amount for the work we needed done. While I've not had the best of luck with sight unseen quotes in the past, he assured me that any changes to the scope which would increase costs would be communicated before work was done. He did honor this, which I appreciate. (The only increase was due to additional materials, which was very minimal).
I was very happy with the finished product and would use him again in the future.

I called I'm on a Monday he responded that day and we set up an appointment for that Thursday. He was able to come on my day off and was punctual.  I was very happy with the work and would use him again.
